SUMMIT  SUMMARY :

The Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Karnataka (AWAKE) successfully hosted the Global MSME and Women in Business & Leadership Summit 2025 on 5th and 6th December 2025 at Manipal Institute of Technology (MAHE), Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The two-day flagship event marked a powerful convergence of entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership and global collaborations.

The Summit witnessed an overwhelming participation of 1000+ delegates from across India, representing MSMEs, corporates, academia, financial institutions and industry bodies.

A total of 24 high-impact business panel sessions were organised, featuring 100+ eminent speakers, thought leaders, industry experts and policy influencers who volunteered their time to contribute to knowledge sharing and entrepreneurship development. These discussions spanned key sectors including technology adoption, exports, sustainability, supply chain resilience, financial inclusion, digital transformation, women leadership and global market opportunities.

To strengthen business networking and market linkages, the Summit also hosted 60 MSME stalls offering a vibrant platform for B2B and B2C engagement, showcasing innovative products, services and emerging enterprises.

One of the major highlights of the Summit was the recognition of entrepreneurial excellence. AWAKE felicitated 250+ awardees from across the country under various categories such as:

These awards celebrated outstanding contributions, resilience and innovation demonstrated by enterprises and leaders across India.
